Applications

• ZCQ-HF100 high-purity fused quartz tube is characterized by no bubbles and material with high UV transmittance, as well as outstanding resistance to short-wavelength UV radiation. With its hydroxyl content of no more than 300ppm, the high-purity fused quartz tube is mainly used in SC and LCD processing for surface cleaning, surface activation, photochemistry, etc., which is widely used in 172nm excimer lamps.
• ZCQ-HF200 high-purity fused quartz tube is featured with high UV transmittance, excellent resistance to short-wavelength UV radiation. With its hydroxyl content of 40-300ppm, the high-purity fused quartz tube is mainly used for ozone generation, grease destruction, disinfection and purification, ultra-pure water production. In addition, it’s widely applicable in 185nm low pressure UV lamps, medium pressure UV lamps, etc.

• ZCQ-HH300 series high-purity fused quartz tube is characterized by hydroxyl content that is less than 1ppm, which is the most important parameter for fiber optic materials. The high-purity fused quartz tube is mainly used for the inner core or high reflection coatings production of optical fiber.
• ZCQ-HH300D series high-purity fused quartz rod is featured with hydroxyl content that is less than 1ppm, which is the most important parameter for fiber optic materials. The high-purity fused quartz rod is widely applicable for the inner core or high reflection coatings production of optical fiber.
