Beijing Zhong Cheng Quartz Glass can produce different size of laser cavity filter according to customer’s requirement.

• Available surface coating: silver, aluminum, gold, etc.

The ceramic reflector body is made with 99% Al2O3, and the body is fired at an appropriate temperature to achieve the appropriate porosity and strength. The surface of the reflector is fully coated with high reflectivity ceramic glaze. The biggest advantage compared with the gold-plated reflector is that it has a very long service life and the reflection characteristic is diffuse reflection.

1. The surface is fully glazed for maximum reflectivity and easy to clean.
2. The reflectivity reaches 97% at the wavelength of 600-1000nm.
3. The reflectance efficiency exceeds 95% in the 400-1200nm spectrum range.
4. The green body has proper porosity and high strength.
