Coating Requirements
1. At 45° incidence angle:
- For 220 nm < λ < 305 nm, minimum reflectance reach ≥ 92%.
- For 305 nm < λ < 2500 nm, reflectance shall exceed 92%, with higher reflectivity preferred.
2. The coating provides excellent waterproof performance and immersion resistance.
3. Maximum operating temperature at 450°C.
4. Humidity resistance and durability must comply with Per-MIL-M-13508C.
5. The coating consists of a multilayer film composed of high-purity metals, semiconductors, and dielectric layers.
